Friday, October 29 is our annual character parade. We dress up as characters from our favorite books. You may dress up as someone or something from a fiction or nonfiction book. You don't need to buy a costume for the parade. Look at the things you already have at home or make something. Be creative. Answer the questions below to brainstorm ideas for your costume.

My favorite book is Desmond Cole ghost patrol. Some characters that are interesting are:Desmond Cole,Andres Miedoso and mr Ackula. If I could be one of those characters I would choose Demond Cole because when everyone is scared he is prepared and is brave for example if there is a monster he solves the problem. Desmond wears a t-shirt and jeans and acts like he's unstoppable. From using the stuff at home I can use a t-shirt of any color and jeans.

3. If I could be one of these charecters it would be Harriet because she is nice, energetic, and friendly. And it seems like it would be fun to be her because like I said she is nice, energetic, and friendly and she always finds a way to solve problems.
4. She looks… she has brown hair usually in two braids, and she wears very colorful outfits. She acts slightly childish but not in a bad way. And she seems very likable. And is DEFINITELY NOT shy.

My favorite book is pinkalicious.The interesting characters are Pinky peter and pinkalicious.If I could be one of those characters it will be pinkalious because she is the main character and she likes pink like me. pinkalicious look skinny has short hair and wears PINK A LOT.The character is nice solve problems and she is happy.Peter is pinkalicous is brother pinky is a dog and there friend asked her to puppy sit pinky and pinkalicious is the main character.what I am going to wear is a kind of pink dress and pink pants.Nada

DeleteOne of my favorite books is The Pirate Fairy, Adventure at Skull Rock. Three characters from the book are Zarina, Tinker Bell and James the pirate. I would be Tinker Bell because I like being a leader and Tinker Bell leads the mission to bring Zarina home. Tinker Bell wears a green dress and has blond hair. She is kind and likes to hep her friends. She also listens to people and always does the right thing. I will wear a green dress and maybe some fairy wings.

One of my favorite books is The Mysterious Benedict Society book 1. 3 interesting characters in this book are Kate Wetherall, Constance Contraire and Mr. Benedict. If I could be any of these people I would be Kate because Kate is very brave and kind and I think I could relate to her because she is always prepared and I think that's really cool because a lot of people don't really think carrying a rope around is weird but it really came in handy in this story. I also think she is so great because she is so strong inside and out because of the situations she has been in. Kate has long blonde hair and she wears it in a ponytail. She has a red and white striped shirt with blue jeans and she ALWAYS carry around a bucket filled with rope, rubber bands and stuff like that. I think that I could use a orange and white striped T-shirt that my mom bought me at Carters and I don't like the feeling of all the jeans I have worn and I don't have ones that fit right so I'm going to wear Jean shorts.

DeleteMy favorite book is get a grip Vivie Cohen .Nate.Dad.Vivie.I would love to be Vivie because she is a great person and she is a great at baseball even if I have no interest in baseball anyway ,she is a shy person and I think I am a bit shy to.

I chose pigeon because the other characters don't have costumes now pigeon has a big eyeball and blueish gray feathers how I will create this costume is so two years ago I was a chicken so my mom will spray paint that and all I have to do is make feet and a head

One of my favorite books is Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone which iss the first book in thed series. My three favorite character are Ron,Hermoine,aand Harry.If I could be one of those characters I would be Hermoine because she is very intelligent and also very kind and fearless and a very good and loyal friend. An example of her kindness is when she helped Harry from getting bullied by yelling at the boys that were bullying Harry.Hermoine has dark brown hair that is long and wavy.She always wears her school uniform that is black,white and gray and plain.She sometimes can act bossy. For example she came bossy toward Ron and Harry when they were trying to cast a spell and shekept telling them ho to pronounce the spell"gardium leviosa". The costume of that character I want create clothing items sugh as my new dark purple dress a small knit sweater a pretty long necklace with tiny jewels in the center, a black cape and a magic wand.

3 interesting characters are Bode,Tyler and Kinsey Locke.
If I could be one character I would be Bode Locke because he is the main character and he's a good kid even though he made a mistake and freed a demon.
How my character looks & acts: Bode is the younger brother of Tyler & Kinsey Locke. He's 6 years old, intelligent, very curious & always exploring.
I can create an easy costume at home of my character because Bode wore regular winter clothes, had a red coat with sweater and pants.
Wigwams keep cool Air from coming in . Long houses are built around rivers and streams . Woman cook and prepare all meals for all Indians . Around 1600 people of France and Britain came to North America .
