my theoy is naomi is feeling safe, because she is not arouned Skyla, and because her dad might give custodsy to gram, and she might not have to go to las vegas.

DeleteI am choosing what kind of person is Naomi. Naomi is a quiet kid. I know this because when she eats lunch, she eats lunch is the library with 3 or 4 other kids. I also know this because when she got to Mexico, and when the people who own the house welcome them in, Naomi doesn't say a word.

Gram is feeling less positive I know this because Gram said something to Naomi and Naomi knew that Gram was trying to convince herself everything was going to be ok I also know this because in baby baluga Naomi told Owen he should read more to Lulu and Gram said something to Naomi and Naomi thought what happened to her positivity. Naomi is feeling safe I know this because she is at a place where people love her I also know this because she is at a place that has big walls and she said in her mind that Skyla would not find her there.

Third Piece Of Evidence : Skyla does not know Naomi is in Mexico.
Fourth Piece Of Evidence : Naomi thinks that the walls are so tall that Skyla will never find her. :-)

DeleteI chose symbols, one of the symbols is the trash bag that
ReplyDeleteSkyla uses to bring in her clothes and it shows that she doesn’t have that much money. Another symbol is the tape that Owen uses to calm himself down. Naomi uses her notebook to make herself get obsorbed in other thoughts.

Owen feels happy,because he made a new friend Roberto and he is happy to play with someone his age.
gran was smart because the plan she created was awesome because skyla will never find them and she will go to court to get ownership of the kids.

Naomi is feeling happy because Skyla and Clive will not take her away, to Las Vegas. Naomi feels safe because Gram said that she’ll protect her from Skyla trying to take her away.
Owen feels more positive by making new friends in Mexico like Rubén.
Gram feels relieved that they left because Skyla didn’t know that they were in Mexico. Gram feels happy because she didn’t want Skyla to be a bad influence on Naomi and Owen.
Skyla feels embarrassed about Owen because he had a physical disability, but she wanted perfect kids like Naomi and only wanted to take her to Las Vegas.
I chose feelings. Naomi is feeling positive because she's going to Mexico and Skyla can't find them there, so Naomi doesn't have to go to Las Vegas to take care of Sapphire. She also said on one page that she belongs to Gram and Owen not Skyla and Clive and, if her father writes a letter to the court saying that he's on there behalf and he allows Gram to be the guardian of Naomi and Owen she would latch on and see the positive things. She also made a non-worrisome list instead of a worrisome list. It talked about normal things in Mexico instead of all the bad things she saw there. It also said on one page that she felt a sigh of not worry but relief over her.
ReplyDeleteI’d like to talk about the feelings of Naomi and Owen at this point of the story. Naomi happy because she gets to see her father on thanksgiving and she gets to see the Mexican side of the family. Owen doesn’t feel positive because he doesn’t say positive things and doesn’t stay positive.
ReplyDeleteNaomi is a person that likes to be peaceful and live with Owen and Gram,my evidence for that is Naomi ran away from Skyla and yelled she wanted to stay with Gram and Owen instead

when Skyla was there. Heading to Oaxaca he was straight up miserable until he met Ruben. Ruben pulled a ball out of his pocket and Owen was brave enough to play with and he was really excited.Gram is very smart. I know this because she came up with a plan to get a letter on her behalf from Santiago to have ownership to Naomi and Owen.
My theory is Owen is dissaponted he talk about all of the bad stuff in Mexico he says "Dont forget the spider the craled in the baby baluga and Dont forget the cockorochs Naomi is a indapendint person and a worried person she dosent try to make friends and she worried about if she is going to find her father
ReplyDeleteGram is feeling relieved because they got away from Skyla and because they're looking for Naomi and Owens dad. Owen is feeling scared because when Naomi was telling her positive list he said unpositive things . One symbol is the soap carved elephant, a symbol of family because her dad made it and because she put it next to her bed to help her go to sleep.
