  1. My favorite thing about 3rd grade was read a loud. This was my favorite thing because I was able to read many different books and they all had a strong message. I also liked that everyone was reading the same book. The thing I am looking forward to in 4th grade is doing more art. We haven't done much this year. I would like more oppurtunity to express myself through drawing.

  3. One thing I liked about third grade was when we all got partners and played a game called silent conversation were you could'nt talk and you had to write what you think was the main idea in How To Steal A dog and your partner would have to respond and say what they thought was the main idea. I liked the activity, silent conversation because it proves that thier are other ways beside talking with your mouth to comunicate with someone. One thing I am looking foward to in fourth grade is the read alouds we will have from MS.S. I am looking foward to MS.S read alouds because it is my favorite part of the day and when MS.S reads it makes me feel relaxed and calm and I am getting more smarter even though I am not the one reading the story instead I am listening. And that is what I am looking foward to in 4 grade.

  7. The best part about third grade is Ms.Scarborough became my teacher. I like when she reads us stories, she makes me feel smart like I can read 1000 books. I like my classmates . I love when she tells us funny stories she makes my entire class laugh. I am so happy our class is looping with Ms. S. My mom changing my school is one of the best decisions because I am learning a lot and I feel very happy.

  9. the best things in third grade was having ms Scarbrough as a teacher. Learning all these cool things making friends was one of the best, also the blogs were awesome, my classmates most of all were the best. Doing math like area and perimeter, reading response, and reading "How to steal a dog." I hope in fourth grade we can all have the same fun maybe next year we can even do a division coop. I'm looking forward to see my fellow classmates in 4th grade with me laughing over what we did over the summer.

One of my favorite things about third grade is the
chicken multiplication race and the way you teach math because most teachers don,t teach multiplucation by doing a chicken race. I am really exited about the looping and your class probly got looped twice for a reason. Maby you could do another chicken race but with something else.

  17. My favorite thing about 3rd Grade was doing all the art work and having Ms. Scarborough as a teacher. This is because I'm a very creative person and I love doing art! The reason I love having Ms. Scarborough for a teacher is because she is a little strict and has good rules. She is also loving, kind, understanding, smart and most of all creative. I love 3rd grade!

Next year is going to be great. I am looking forward to doing more art, getting Ms. Scarborough again as a teacher, getting smarter and making new friends.

  18. My favorite thing this year is math because it is so fun and it can teach you about shapes and what they look like. Also they can be everywhere. It is so fun because you can do games with math and some games can really teach a lot about math. It is fun because you solve the problems and I like solving problem. Solving problems is a challenge and when it is a challenge it makes fun for me.

Next year in school, I am looking forward to learn a lot about math. I want to learn about square roots and geometry.

  23. My favorite thing about third grade was writing my realistic fiction story, doing really fun activities like the brochure about Egypt, Ms. S. baking chocolate chip cookies and giving us lollipops and Ms. S. letting me do my realistic fiction story for homework instead of losing my recess. I'm really happy to have Ms. S. as my 4th grade teacher and what I want to do in 4th grade is geometry and shapes.
