I like to write in a tree it helps me think better. Maybe one of the reason I like to write in trees, is becuase on my writing territory I have nature, animals and family. I like to write both non fiction and fiction stories. "My father's dragon" is my favorite fiction book.

One of my favorite authors is J. K. Rowling and the many authors of the Who Was series. J. K. Rowling is a mentor because she is able to describe not just what people said, but the way they said it. The authors of the Who Was series have been able to make separate facts on their own little page or inside the actuall little paragraphs. My friends, Maggie, Dorothy, Lulu, Ophelia, Emily, Mama and my sister Charlie, and my grandma, Elaine all help me with my writing. My friends and my family help me bring out ideas. I get good ideas and inspiration from Harry Potter and Caddie Woodlawn. Harry Potter inspires because J.K. Rowling does great characters, and Caddie Woodlawn could really have happened and it gives a good idea of an interesting time period. I use pictures, dreams and books as resources in my writing; pictures remind me of things that have happened, dreams can happen and I want to write them down, and books sometimes give me ideas. I use many different topics depending on what the unit is we're doing or if it's just a story that I made up.

The series of books that inspires me are called Nathan Hale's Hazardous Tales. They are about history and they teach you about all the major historical wars in American history. I use my mind to come with stories but when I'm doing a non fiction I find information online. The majority of my topics are the same but I sometimes write different things. In third grade I wrote a series of comic strips called the Army. Although sometimes I have a hard time thinking up new topics to write about. And I do come up with them sometimes I have a hard time coming up with what comes next and how the story will go.

ReplyDeleteThe movies I watch and the shows I watch inspire my writing because they are fantasy and I love fantasy. I love using sorcery or anime or super heroes or medieval times. I like to write fiction because I use my imagination. Manga and the author of the manga inspire me because it is based on my favorite show. The Hunt is based on a toy that I made and its adventures. My dad helps me with my writing. Harry Potter inspires me. I use a dictionary to help me but not most of the time. I write fiction because most of the books I read are fiction.

ReplyDeleteI like to write on my white desk with my pencil holder and my jewelry box and pink chair. I think about some of the funniest , saddest, weirdest, angriest moment of my life that I've lived. My favorite piece of writing is Good Night Stories for rebel girls because its about inspirational and interesting things about powerful women. My favorite piece of writing i wrote is a poem about a beach and how its in the middle of the day and it randomly transforms into the night. My favorite author is Patrcia Palaco because she writes about important and funny non-fiction books about her life. Every one in my family helps me in writing. A book that inspires me is Thank You Mr FALKER because its about a girl that has trouble in writing but makes it through the difficult time. My resources are my computer and my books and most importantly my writers notebook. I like to write about many things but i like to focus on my family because they are most important to me.
ReplyDeleteI like to write on my couch because its cozy. My favorite tools to write are pencils or pens. I like to write about my family and friends. I to write non fiction better. My favorite books to read are Judy Moody and Stink because its fun to read. My favorite is the animal piece I wrote last year. My mentor is Megan McDonald. My sister Yasmeen Helps me with my homework. Judy Moody and mostly fiction pieces. I use books and on line resources. I like to write many different topics in my writer's notebook.

8. Who helps me with my writing? The people who help me with my writing are my mom, dad, after counselors and my babysitters.
9. What books inspire me an give examples for good writing? The books that inspire me are Amulet and Flat Stanley. I also like Harry Potter. The characters in these books go on a lot of adventures and travel. This reminds me of myself.
10. What resources do I use while writing? I use a dictionary to learn new words.
11. Do I write a lot about one topic or many different topics in my writer’s notebook? I write about three different topics like adventures, fiction and non-fiction.
I like to write on my bed and sometimes on my bean bag. I use a pencil to write and my notebook. Sometimes even a dictionary. I like to write about what happens on weekends and just things about myself. I enjoy writing about fiction and non fiction. I like fiction more because I can use my imagination. My favorite piece of writing is Last Kids on Earth. It’s an exciting book and very detailed. I love non fiction stories. My favorite author is Max Broiller. He wrote Last Kids on Earth. My mom helps me with my writing and sometimes my grandma. They give me ideas or correct my spelling. The Last Kids on Earth gives me ideas on writing and other graphic novels too. I use books and movies to help inspire me with my own writing. I write about many different topics. I write about basketball, video games, and what happens in my life.
ReplyDeletea picture that inspires would be of a tree house a picture of a tree house would inspire me because it will make think about how much I want a tree house of my own and I could write about that or I could write about what I would do in the tree house or were it would be.
