As a writer I like to write about that things that interest me. Such as nonfiction and fantasy. The things I like to use to write with are pencils and big pens.Graphic organizers are

a bunch of extra work. I think seed ideas are a big help to know what you want to do .Series that inspir me are Guarden's of ga, hoole and Encyclopedia Brown boy detective. The places that I like to write in is my kitchen. The author that inspires me is Donald J. Sobel.
I am as a writer is I like to write about personal naritives because it is a true story and really happen to you.My favorite author is Raina Telgemeier because some of her book like smile and sisters they are based on true story's .My favorite tool is using pens and post it notes it really helps me for notes and write down some ideas on the post it notes.I like to write at the park because there is something really amazing sometimes at the park I like to use my writers notebook as a seed idea book and gather most of my ideas and story's I would like to share.

ReplyDeleteI am a writer who like to write about sports, because I play it and I watch it. so what's better then hanging out with your friends watching football, basketball, baseball and many more. I like this because I am good at it and what ever you are good at you should write about. The only tools that I like to use are a pencil and paper because if you use a pen one mistake you can't erase and with a pencil you can erase. My favorite author is George E Stanley because he writes funny books and he teaches you things in his book, for example in one of his books there was a boy who wanted to give up all the time but he didn't because he knew if he gave up he wouldn't accomplish what he wanted to,

I like to use pencils because if I make a mistake, I can erase it and I don't have to start over.As a writer I Ilike to use graphic organizers.Graphic organizers help to set up the story and that way I'm organized.A picture that inspires me is a picture of Martin Luther King Jr, President Obama and Malcom X. I like to write seed ideas in my writer's notebook because when we go to pick stuff out of our writer's notebook to turn into stories,I would already have something to choose and develop into a story.A book that inspires me is News for Dogs because in the middle of the book or at the end of a chapter, it always leaves me wondering what is going to happen next ? A place I like to write is in my bedroom on my bed because I feel comforatable with my writing utencils next to me.I have 2 authors who inspire me,Tom Angleberger & Lois Duncan.These 2 authors inspire me because every time I read their funny books it makes me want to say " Hey, I want to do that".The genre that interests me are, RF(Realistic Fiction)&Non Fiction because in RF I get to write & make up realistic problems.In non fiction I like and get to write down facts either about the past or present.
ReplyDeleteAs as a writer the tools I like to use are markers and I also like to use dry erase markers on my dry erase board. The things I like to write about are fantasy, because you can create a whole world of your own. I also like to write about sports because I play them and watch them, so I can relate. My favorite author is Tim Green, because I like sports and their real life problems, and his books are very suspenseful. In my writing I like to draw pictures because it helps me imagine the story better, and it's fun to draw the characters. My favorite place to write is the kitchen because my mom never distracts me.

ReplyDeleteWho am I as a writer? Easy, the authors that I like and read books about are, C.S. Lewis who wrote chronicles of Narnia, Herge who wrote The Adventures of Tintin, different writers who wrote the series of the “who was books” and that’s it, I have a lot more but I’m only going name those 3. The tool that I like to use is a pencil, unless I’m drawing I will use crayons, markers or colored pencils. I don’t like to use graphic organizers because I don’t really know how to use them as much and I would just stick to writing in my writers notebook or going straight to drafting paper. I really like drawing pictures in my writers notebook but not as much in my writing. I really like to use word list I have one in front of my writers notebook and on the 15 page of my writers notebook.

ReplyDeletespecial things like pens or pencils. I like writing with a pen and blank paper. Graphic organizers don't help me that much because I already have the idea in my head and put it in my writers notebook. I don't have any pictures or artwork that inspire me, but I do like drawing pictures a lot. Making seed Ideas in my writers notebook is helpful because it is an extra copy in case I loose my other copy and it is a place I can put my ideas. I don't have that many books that inspire me because I can come up with my own Ideas. I like to write on any desk/table/flat place. I can write with a little noise but not that much. An author that I like is Roald Dahl because he is funny, his books are exciting and they drag you in. I like writing adventure and fantasy because it pulls the reader in and you can write anything you want.
As a writer I like to write book reviews and realistic fiction.One reason I like to write book reviews is it is a lot of fun.For example when ever I read books I always have question and summerys and emotions of the book,and I want other people to read the book/book review and have their own opinion.One reason i like to write realistic fiction is sometimes when i"m just walking down the street I think of a realistic fiction story out of no where!For example a cuople of days ago when I was walking to school i thought of a story hat had a girl who always wear pink tales,looseher second most preacious hair elastic and then the next day she went to school with one pink tale and the other side of her head was let out loose.I really like the writers notebook because you can share all you're poems and stories and all of you're seed ideas and there will be no preassure because they are all justseed ideas.I like to write in my loft bed at my little table because it's so peacful and quiet up there and it is super duper comertable.I love graphic orginizers because sometimes when I'm writing I get lost and don't know what to write next but with the graphic orginizer I get the structure of the writing and then I don't get confused.I like using mentor text because you get an idea of what other authors have written and you can use their writing startegies in you're writing.My favorite author is Raina Telgemeier because a lot of her writing is true and I can really realte to it.For example in one of her books called "Sisters" (which is a true story) her and her sister fight all te time not physically but verbaly and I can totaly relate to sisters fighting.
ReplyDeleteWhen I write I like to think about stories and times of my life that I want to share. About big parts and small times. The tools I use are memories, stories, big moments, good times and friends. The thing that's great for me is telling stories. I especially like third grade stories about kids. That's why I love writing.

ReplyDeleteI really like to write fantasy because it is a chance where I can think of crazy creative things that would never happen but be cool. Like for example people with super powers. That would be very cool. Its AWESOME how you can put in things like that. You can think of almost anything. You can be super creative and flexible. Like right now I am writing a fantasy story about people that move into a house with ghosts in it. It is very cool to write about something like that. A author that really inspires me is Trenton Lee Stewart. He writes about really cool things. three of his books I really like. His books can also make people smarter because he shows lots of smart words like presumptuous. The thing that surprised me is that actually is how you spell it. And the characters are really smart. They are thirteen and they should already be in college. And they send Morse code which is cool!! The pictures and artwork that inspire me is by Jackson Pollock. I really like the way he splatters the paint on the paper and it makes an aroma of pretty colors. And its kind of nice because its mostly a way where you can let your feelings out. Like when you are in a bad mood you can let it out by splattering paint on the paper. Its my favorite. My art teacher from my old school taught me it. I was the best at it in the class. I am really glad that he taught me that.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite author is Jeff Kinney because his books turn into great movie's . One of my favorite books is Diary of the whimpy kids " Dog Days ". The best part in that book is when Manny pees in the pool. I think his movies and books are good. I like ti use pencils because I spell some words incorrect. I can erase it the graphic organizers really help me. When I write I like to do artwork because it brings out my work. I like to use my writers notebook to collect seed ideas. When I collect seed ideas I know what to write. I like to write on the couch in my living room because its really comfortable. My favorite genre is feature articles. I'm writing a feature article on hamster I can't wait until its done. I'm in the publishing stage now.
ReplyDeleteAs a writer I like to write realistic fiction stories and fantasy stories. I like to read authors such as Judy Blume and Annie Barrows who inspire me to write stories. One day I read a Judy Blume chapter and wrote a story filled with humor and dialog like her. I like to use a pencil and a flair pen with not any color at all. One place I like to write is at the dining room table with my family and a snack and the other is in bed with a pillow and a blanket. Graphic organizers don't really help me so I just write a story and like to make it up as I go. Pictures do help me to draw out the setting and characters to see what I want them to look like so I can describe then in my book. I also like to look at other peoples writing to get a little idea, but I like to make up my own ideas. I thing that I have to do is picture things as I read. I cannot stop it, it just happens to me when I read any book because the authors always explain the setting and characters so well! That is who I am as a writer.

I like to write in my room and my living room because,It's alway's so quiet and I could lay on my bed and couch.I also like to write in the bathroom so I could take a bath,write and eat hot fire Cheetos.
I like to use my rainbow pen to write because it's colorful.I write in a sparkly notebook with an s on the cover of it.I also like to use pictures of my dog.My dog really inspires me she even inspired me to write Animal's Gone Wild and Wolfblood.
The writers who I am inspired by include Rebecca Stead and N. E. Bode. I really like Rebecca Stead's writing because the personalities that the characters have are personal and internal. I like N. E. Bode's writing because he adds a lot of information about himself through dialog and internal thinking. I also like to use internal thinking in my writing. It is a great way to narrate. I think it is as important as dialogue.
ReplyDeleteI am a writer who likes to use pens and post-it notes. I like to use graphic organizers because they help me get started and lay out my thinking. I also like using pictures in my writing because it helps the reader get an image of what I think my story looks like. I gather words in my writer's notebook that are interesting, so I can put them in when I am in the revising stage. My writers notebook is a place where I can write down ideas and stories. I think that is very helpful. I like to write at home, in bed with all of my stuffed animals.
I like using mentor text because it is an example of writing that is published by a real editor and has gone through a lot of revision. I like to write fantasy and mystery. The weakest part of my writing is the endings, and the strongest part is the beginnings.
Sometimes I feel like I could write forever and it is hard to wrap it up and find a good solution.
As a writer, I like to write stories that have a lot of action words and adventure in them. My favorite author is Roald Dahl because of all the interesting problems he has in his stories. My two favorite books that he wrote are The BFG and Matilda. I like writing on my bed with a big book as support. I mostly like to write on Fridays or the weekends. the best time for me to write is in the afternoon. I like drawing pictures in my stories or taking pictures of things because I feel as though they give me support writing my story. I like graphic organizers because they help give me a headstart on my story and help me organize my thinking. My favorite thing to write with is a black flair pen or a sharpie. Sometimes playing with my friends gives me ideas for stories and problems in them. My favorite kind of writing is realistic fiction because I feel as though that's a category that I am good in and I like writing about.

I like to use a pencil because when you make a mistake you can erase it easily. My favorite author is Tony Abbott because I like the way that he writes and I find his books interesting. I like to write in my writer's notebook because when I get older I could see what I wrote about. I like to work in the living room because it is quiet there. I like to write in graphic organizers because then you know what to write when you write on a piece of paper. I like to draw pictures because they are cool to look at and they show what you are writing about also then you know what the animal looks like and you can learn new facts about that animal. My favorite line is this: "Jennie flipped open the handcuffs on Kiss Bilgore and she locked the other side of the handcuff on the back of the chair and Miss Bilgore tugged to show everyone that it was locked. She smiled. Jennie said oh where are the keys to unlock the handcuffs. Miss Bilgore's smile was not there. Jennie said I think it is in this pocket. No maybe it is in the other pocket. No where did I put those keys? Ah it is on the chalkboard!" Jennie grabbed the keys and unlocked the handcuffs and said tada!!
ReplyDeleteThe tools I use when I write are a sharpened pencil with an eraser on it. I use that because I won't need to sharpen it again working, and so if I need to erase something, I won't need to go get another thing. Genres that interest me are fantasy because I like to think about mystical creatures and things that couldn't exist. I also like realistic fiction because I like thinking up characters and taking things from my own life and putting them in the story I make. The authors I like are Beverly Cleary, because the stories are action or R-F, and I like Roald Dahl because the stories are unreal, that is why I like them. The place I like to write in is the seat that I usually sit in for dinner.

Also the BFG I loved how he made up words such as gobblefunk, babblement, whizpopper, and scrumpdiddlyuptious. Another author that inspires me as I write is Wendy Mass because in one of her books called the Candy Makers she gave the scene behind each character.
ReplyDeleteI like to use graphic organizers before I do my rough draft because it helps me organize my thinking. Another reason I like to use graphic organizers is they help my ideas flow from my head to the paper in an organized manner.
In my writer's notebook I have a word list, a bucket list, and a bunch of other lists. I like to use lists because when I need to write and publish a piece I can just refer to the lists.
The genres I like to write in are fantasy, realistic fiction and personal narrative. I like to write mostly in fiction because it's how I let my creativity flow when I'm not drawing.
I usually write at my desk ( my desk is surrounded with knick knack). I like to write on my bed under my special blanket (one side is fuzzy and the other side is smooth) surrounded with stuffed animals.
Last but not least when I write I feel calm. Also there's this thing I don't know how to explain it but it kind of soothes my creative nerve.
I like to write fantasy because you get to make up your dream world.

I like to write realistic fiction because when I grow up I hope to be a realistic fiction writer. The people who mentor me are Jerry Spinelli and Cynthia Lord because their books are really interesting. I really like the book Fourth Grade Rats and Rules.
The writer's notebook really helps me because I could collect seed ideas. Yeah, I would have a word list because if I can't spell something I can just go to my word list.
I rather not have pictures because I want my reader to use their imagination. I do use graphic organizers because it helps lay out my thinking. I don't have any special tools. I just use my pencil.
ReplyDeleteI like to write as an individual and I like to write fantasy stories because what ever you think of, even if it is fake or real you can put it in your story. That’s what I like about fantasy stories. I like to use a writers notebook because it helps you with your seed ideas and what I mean by that is that you could write the end of a story and it still helps or you could just write the beginning of a story and that also helps too!!!
My favorite Author is Sharon M Draper, and the book is called Out Of Mind. I also like to put lots of pictures in my writing because it shows more of what you are thinking/writing. The tools I like to use is a pen with black, blue and green spikes on it, the reason I like to use it is because it feels funny when you hold it and its sort of comfortable to hold, but if im not using that pen then im good with a pencil.
The reason I LOVE Sharon M Draper is because her books are really interesting and fun to read, but also her writing really puts you in the characters shoes and it is so deep when you finish the book you must need days to think it over and there are a lot of little things that get you right into the book, and that is why I like the writer Sharon M Draper. Also she doesn’t write fantasy story's but it still really helps me with writing because it shows me how another writer writes and how she really got me into the book with just one little but juicy detail. It shows me how one thing in a book can drag you and bring you write into the book!
