  3. 1. TheBoston tea party happened on December 16 at griffins wharf at 6:00 pm.2.differnt people were in the Boston tea party. Some were carpenters, some were really rich. 3. Francis Roth the son of the owner of Dartmouth talked to the governor and told him not to bring the British tea, but the governor did it anyway.
The day it happened was important, because it was right when everyone was most upset about the taxes, so it was a good time to protest. lots of different kinds of people disagreed with the taxes, and they worked together to do the tea party, which showed that they could work together for the revolution too. Francis Roth's father agreed with the British, but he didn't, which is important because lots of people were on different sides but mostly younger people wanted to be independent.

  5. 1. The Boston Tea Party is also important because of both the British and American responses to the actions that followed the tea party. The British were furious with the actions of the colonists and needed to impose a “punishment”? for their rebellion. This came in the form of the Intolerable Acts.
    2. Boston Tea Party Facts. The Boston Tea Party took place on December 16th, 1773. It was a protest by the American Colonists against the British in regards to the tea taxes that had been imposed on them. This protest involved throwing chests of tea from three British trade ships into the Boston Harbor. 3. 13. Another three facts I have learned continuing from the last time we did this are:
1.) The british had 7,200 British, American loyalists, German Hessians, and Native American warriors . This is important for the American revolution because it shows how large the British army is compared to the Continental army.
2.) By the time the British surrendered the Colonists had 15,000 troops at saratoga and they started out with 9,000 there. This is important because it shows that the Continental army was growing giving them a better chance to fight the British.
3.) The British had 6,600 troops by the time they surrendered and they started out with 7,200 troops at saratoga. This is important because it shows that the patriots can cause some good blows against the British.

  14. My first fact is Prince Estabrook was asked to join the British troops in order to get his freedom. Prince Estabrook decided that he was not going to join the English army because he wanted to fight for America. He was able to receive his freedom after the war ended. This is important because he set a great example for all the slaves who wanted to be free. They didn’t have to join the redcoats to get their freedom. All they had to do was fight with America and then they would gain their freedom, that is why this fact is very important. Another factor during the battle of Lexington a tired American fighter Jonathan Harrington was walking by to his home but all of a sudden he was shot right in front of his son and wife. They were petrified because someone who they loved died in front of them. This must have been heartbreaking. This is important because this shows that not too many people came out from a battle not injured or alive. This proves how dangerous the revolutionary war was and how dangerous Lexington was for millions of people. It only lasted for 10 minutes, but it was a very scary battle because many people lost family members. Anyone that you loved could die in this war.My final fact is France joined America in 1778. This is important because we might have lost the revolutionary war if we didn’t have France fighting with us. If we had lost, we would still be under England’s control.

  18. The author’s message in the book Wonder, is to never judge some one on how they look. You should judge them on how they act. I know this because in the text, Summer said, “I don’t sit with him because I feel bad for him, I sit with him because he’s nice”. Also, it said, “Via never thought of Auggie as a kid with a face disordered.” She thought of him as her normal little brother which she cares about.
